Stay informed, your way
You decide which emails Hubabble sends you. Keep the ones that help, and quiet the ones you do not need. Your inbox, your call. You will find these controls in Settings, under Notifications.
You only see the choices that apply to your account, so there is nothing to wade through.
Community emails
When someone replies in one of your conversations, we can email you. You pick how often:
Every reply, as it happens.
A roundup every 30 minutes.
A daily recap, one email around 8am.
Off. Your conversations are always there in the Community.
Where your community has Messages on, you can also choose Email me when I have unread messages. Those emails say who wrote to you, never what they wrote.
Community emails follow you, not your account, so your choice applies wherever you sign in.
Emails about your coaching practice
On a paid coaching plan, Hubabble can also let you know about the things that matter in your practice, such as:
A new booking, and a reminder before each session.
A document or agreement a client has completed.
A message someone sent you through your website.
Keep the updates that help you stay on top of things, and switch off anything that feels like noise.
Your clients are always taken care of
No matter how you set your own preferences, your clients still receive the messages they need. Their booking confirmations, the details for joining a session, and updates when something changes go out to them automatically.
Product news and tips
Everyone can choose whether to hear from us now and then about new features and ideas. You can switch it off any time.
Tip: If you coach clients here and worry about missing a booking, keep booking confirmations on. It is a reassuring nudge while you settle into your rhythm.
