Hubabble exists so more people get coached. Every hour a coach spends fighting software is an hour of coaching the world doesn't get. We build so those hours go back where they belong: into conversations that change what someone believes they can do.
The bigger picture
Coaching is a young profession with an old promise.
For most of history, you met one on one with a professional only when something was wrong. The rare exceptions, a personal trainer or a financial planner, were there to help you build something instead. Coaching grew from that soil. Thomas Leonard was a financial planner when he started asking what would happen if the same one-on-one attention went toward a person's whole life. Sports psychology was asking the same question about athletes.
What came of it is a profession built on best practices for helping someone reach positive goals, one conversation at a time. That's what Hubabble is in service of. When the back end of a practice is handled, a coach's hours go to their clients, their thought leadership, and the conversations themselves.
Where we come from
