# How clients book you

> Clients book you by opening your booking link, picking an open time, and confirming, with no back-and-forth emails about who is free when.

## Booking, without the back-and-forth

Clients book you through your booking link. They open it, see the times you are actually free, pick one, and they are confirmed. No long email threads trying to find a time that works for both of you.

### What the client does

1. They open your booking link.
2. They choose the kind of session they want, if you offer more than one.
3. They see your open times, shown in their own timezone, and pick one.
4. They enter a few details and confirm.

### What they get

Once they confirm, your client receives a confirmation with everything they need, including the date and time in their timezone and a link to join the [video session](/help/video-sessions/your-video-room) if the session uses your video room.

The session also lands on your **Calendar**, so you both have the same source of truth.

> Tip: The open times a client sees come straight from your availability and your existing sessions. Hubabble only ever offers times you are genuinely free, so you will not get double booked.
