# Bring your own video

> If you would rather meet on your own Zoom or Google Meet, you can use your own meeting link instead of the built-in video room, and clients still get it in their confirmation.

## Use the tool you already love

If you already run your sessions on your own Zoom or Google Meet, you are welcome to keep using it. Instead of the built-in video room, you can point a session at your own meeting link, and Hubabble shares it with your client just the same.

### How it works

1. Set up your meeting in your own tool, like Zoom or Google Meet.
2. Add your meeting link to the session instead of using the built-in room.
3. Your client gets your link in their booking confirmation, so they know exactly where to join.

From your client's point of view, the experience is just as smooth. They open the link in their confirmation and meet you there.

### When to bring your own

Using your own tool can be a good fit when:

- You already have a setup your clients know and trust.
- You rely on features specific to that tool, like its recordings or breakout rooms.
- Your clients expect to meet you on a tool they recognize.

> Tip: If you do not have a strong preference, the built-in [video room](/help/video-sessions/your-video-room) is the simplest path. There is nothing for your client to install, which keeps joining effortless.

Either way, your client always gets the right link in their confirmation, so joining stays easy.
