## A quick tour of the left nav

Everything you need lives in the left nav. Here is what each item is for, so you can find your way without guessing.

### The main areas

- **Home** is your dashboard. It is the calm landing place that shows what is coming up and what needs your attention.
- **Clients** is your CRM. Every client, their details, and your notes live here. See [add and manage clients](/help/clients-and-your-crm/add-and-manage-clients).
- **Calendar** shows your sessions. It is your at-a-glance view of what is booked.
- **Availability** is where you set the hours clients can book you. See [set your availability](/help/your-calendar-and-booking/set-your-availability).
- **Session types** are the kinds of sessions clients can book, like a 60 minute call. See [create session types](/help/your-calendar-and-booking/create-session-types).
- **Documents** is where you create and send forms and agreements. See [send a document or form](/help/documents-and-agreements/send-a-document-or-form).
- **Website** is your coach website builder. See [build your coach website](/help/your-coach-website/build-your-coach-website).
- **Settings** is where your practice profile, plan, and preferences live.

> Tip: Start with Availability and Session types. Those two unlock bookings, and everything else can come later.

A few more areas are on the way, including messages, email, and client payments. You will see them appear when they are ready.
