# E-signatures and agreements

> Send an agreement and your client can read and sign it right from a link, and you can optionally ask new clients to agree before they book.

## Agreements, signed with ease

When you need a client to sign something, like a coaching agreement, Hubabble handles it for you. You send the agreement, your client reads and signs it from a link, and you both have a clear record. No printing, scanning, or chasing.

### How signing works

1. Create your agreement in **Documents**.
2. Send it to your client.
3. They open it from a secure link, read it, and sign right there.

### What it is like for your client

Your client gets a simple, friendly experience. They open the link, read the agreement at their own pace, and sign without creating an account or installing anything. Once they sign, you are notified and the signed agreement is saved.

### The optional agreement gate

If you like, you can ask new clients to agree to your terms before they book a session. This is the agreement gate, and it is entirely optional.

It is a gentle way to make sure everyone starts on the same page, with expectations clear from the very first session. When it is on, a client simply agrees as a natural part of booking, then picks their time.
